White Bean Puree 1 Can (15oz) Cannellinin Beans (rinsed and drained) 1 tablespoon of water Using a food processor pulse the beans and the water for about a minute, consistency will be like peanut butter, add water if too thick. Chicken Pasta Soup 1 1/2 Cups of low sodium chicken broth 2 tablespoons of pastina (uncooked) Bring broth to a boil, add pastina, cook for another 6 to 7 minutes (watch that pastina is cooked).
